Against school district for sexual assault

Product Liability

We represented a client who lost his left eye after the airbag in his vehicle deployed after being broadsided by an on-coming vehicle. We negotiated a substantial and confidential settlement against the vehicle manufacturer for the deployment of the airbag.
We represented a client who was trapped in an elevator and fell six inch off the floor when she attempted to extricate herself from the elevator. She sustained a hairline fracture of her tailbone. We were able to negotiate a global settlement of $115,000 against the elevator company and the owner of the premises.

School Assault

We represented a sixteen year old girl who was sexually assaulted by another sixteen year old boy. We negotiated a substantial and confidential settlement with the school for failure to supervise the students when the sexual assault occurred.

We represented a UCLA student who was punched by the other student in the jaw.
